I have my pc hooked up to a 55 inch Samsung ks8000 4k tv. I am looking to play NES, SNES, Genesis, Saturn, and Dreamcast games. What are the best filters for these systems?

Yeah, you can turn off bilinear filtering by enabling integer scaling in the Retroarch options.

As far as setting up the shaders, I think it's rather difficult due to Retroarch's non-standard interface, so I wouldn't be of too much help.

Unzip the shaders anywhere, select the shader option, choose the glsl or other shader type (I forget which is default now, recently changed? I'm not using the latest version)

Then simply go through and load presets you think might be good.
