Mass Effect has the least embarrassing sex scene of any game with a sex scene I've played. And it's not like it's high art or anything.

Just compared to the robotic sex of Indigo Prophecy, or the forbidden love of a man and a treasure chest (hello Luigi's Mansion!), Mass Effect was only about as campy, as Haunted said above, as a made-for-TV erotic thriller.
