You might have some luck using http://www.findsounds.com/
The sound you're talking about is also the same (or extremely similar) sound to the homerun bat sound in Super Smash Bros Melee, as well as some animes (DBZ comes to mind) when a character gets hit really hard.
Edit: Forgot i had the Third Strike and SFZ3 OSTs.
