Best tablet for Emulators?

Very useful replies in this thread. Are there any tablets similar to Nexus 9, but perhaps with more storage than 32GB or with a micro SD card slot but AREN'T bloat ware filled like Samsung tablets? I'd be interested in as close to stock Android as possible. My few experiences with Samsung products is that even newly launched products had little jitters/lag and didn't feel as smooth as an iOS product, for example. I'm not keen on spending a few hundred to get a product that was't optimised properly. Thanks.

I didn't even know ps2 and GameCube emulation was possible on tablets when I made this thread. While it sounds cool, it would require a lot more storage space and ultimately a dramatically higher price.

I wouldn't recommend PS2 emulation unless the tablet is i5 or > with dedicated gpu. You probably couldn't run it well (60fps) at the lowest res with any AA/AF if it's anything less. Games are typically 3-4 gigs in size so I don't think space would be a big deal. I think if you stick to the emulation you wanted in the OP, then any decent tablet can meet your needs once you get it all set it up and run it well.
