Either Peperroni and Chilli Cheese or Peperroni and Jalapeños. They sell a pretty nice Chilli Cheese at the local store that's made from Habanero peppers and Bell peppers that's a real great topper for a pizza.

Honerable mentions are to Sunblush Tomatoes for the juicy sweetness or Crispy Onions to balance it out the other way.
