Best uncensored Anime Streaming app

I'm looking to unsub to the WWE Network because the current content isn't entertaining and WCW Nitro and WCW PPV isn't worth 9.99$ a month alone.

I'm looking to sub to a Anime Streaming service in its place and I know of two Funimation and Cruncyroll. I'm into a wide variety of anime and both seem to have a wide selection.

My biggest thing is censorship. I want to see the blood and gore. I also don't want to see that weird blur box for nudity scenes.

Is there a better option for anime streaming then the two I mentioned? Which has the least amount of censorship?

The best thing to get is http://vrv.co. VRV has the both Funimation and Crunchyroll for 9.99 a month. Also the censorship is the same between the both. I think the only way to get uncensored anime is to buy the Blu-Ray. It's the only way I know how to get JoJo uncensored.

*not available in Canada

of fucking course. This country and its stupid lack of foreign media adoption.

There are no legal anime streaming services which censor anything on their own. Any censorship that exists is merely part of what is provided by the Japanese source due to censorship required fro broadcast television in Japan. The same goes with artificial dimming of bright flashing scenes. The contracts require streaming services to use the same masters as those on Japanese television so there isn't a superior version available overseas before the BD/DVDs are released.

Funimation is censored? Is this recent? I remember watching High School DxD and Tokyo Ghoul not to long ago and there was nothing censored in those shows. There are some shows that are censored only because they don't have the Master Copies of the show and just use the censored version until they get it.

Thanks for this. Knowing this I'll just check out and compare both of their libraries and decide from there.

only stuff which is censored is the stuff from the TV edits/ TV airings. .... because the uncensored BR arent made yet so in a sense, they arent censored and its just not out there yet, example : Prison school has a BR with nipples and more lewd stuff showing vs the tv version with its close as it can get on tv stuff. Jojo with its blood toned the fuck down on tv vs the BR version with Dio cutting people all over the place in egypt. Crunchy has both the tv and BR (shown as uncensored for arc 1/2.. i know arc 3 is uncensored on hulu but not sure if its on crunchy) but yeah get VRV its the best deal by getting both.

Funimation updates their streams once the uncensored version comes out. Tokyo ghoul was censored and then after the disc came out it was uncensored.

Yep this. So unless the anime you want to watch as never been released on BD/DVD FUNimation will have it uncensored. They call it UNCUT. These version are also the one with no dimming and redone scenes. Crunchyroll is all censored though since it's the simulcast version.
