Goddamn it, why did that little fucking weasel have to win HoH. At least this week will be interesting. His fight with Frank was laughable, he looks like such a little bitch.

Ian winning isn't good for Frank or Dan. Jenn too possibly, because she used the Veto which ended up getting Britney out. Dan was completely stupid to throw that, assuming he did. Sure, Frank will be the target of Ian and that will be who he wants out, but I have a feeling Ian will put up Dan and Jenn and then hope to backdoor Frank by having someone on the block win Veto. He said he wanted to do that on the first DE night but everyone talked him out of it... of course Frank ended up staying. Jenn simply has to win the Veto and that is that.

Unfortunately, I think Dan might be a bigger target than Frank if they go up against each other because everyone hated the funeral and Britney's verbal shit flinging at Dan to everyone in the house. Frank might be the target Ian, but Dan is the target of the house.

Dan has to hopefully stave off being nominated and being back doored and then has to win the second HoH for double eviction. Otherwise, he is gone.

I expect Frank to be running to Ian right away and telling him that Dan threw him under the bus and that he will work with Ian to get to the final two. Ian will believe it. I expect Frank to do the exact same thing to Dan as Dan did to Ian.

that poor mirror

The remaining Quack Pack have reformed and Frank and Jenn are getting nominated. Dan is working on Ian to form yet another final two deal

Watching Ian eat pizza & pace around the HoH room is hilarious. I think he wants to jerk off. He's gone up and downstairs like 5 times in the past 15 minutes

Already flip flopping back? This whole house is a floater, they all just shift with the power. :(

I can hear Dan in the DR now "I just gotta do whats best for Danielle and me to make sure we can get through this week without being the targets" *Cocks head to the side*

I would just fucking do it. You're so far in the game who cares anymore!

Hopefully Frank finally goes home... oh AG if you pull something out of thin air for Frank again!

I don't care how dumb it is for Ian. Seeing Fucking Jenn (IT'S A WRAP!) and Frank (PREESH!) on the block will get rid of at least one stupid fucking player this week. Hopefully Jenn. Fucking Jenn.

Even if Jenn/Frank ended up staying on the block I could possibly seeing Jenn going home still. I think they would be dumb to get rid of Frank when they 100% have someone that is going after Ian over anyone else. Plus leaving him in the house keeps another person out of HOH and a garunteed person on the block the next week which gives them all a better chance at staying next week. I think it's absolutely dumb for anyone to vote out Frank this week.

If Frank doesnt win veto they have to vote him out. He is too good at the comps to risk trying next week.

Ask Britney how playing only by fear works.
But seriously him winning veto and saving himself the next week(second hoh during DE, just saying next week) is a better outcome than Jenn or Joe possibly winning HOH when it's down to only 6 people left. They are covered on every end if he wins pov, they have the sacrificial lamb in Joe and they are guaranteed HOH when it's only Joe, Shane, Dani, Dan in the next HOH comp. Even if he wins POV they have Joe or Ian to send home. If they send home Joe and Frank wins HOH he will be going after Ian. Getting rid of him when he can't play in the next HOH and he isn't coming after half the people just doesn't make sense. It all comes down to what Dan thinks, and he is been known to take risks especially when he wouldn't be the one targeted. He may want him around just so he can target Shane/Ian

Am I wrong in thinking that there's a larger-than-usual number of good BB players this late in the game? I'm including Shane for his compiness and ability to not make anyone seriously mad.

There's gotta be a new term for this, because the entire point of being successful at BB is "floating." I mean, occasionally you have seasons like BB6 where two sides form and it's literally those two sides against each other the whole game, but realistically it's all about adapting and keeping your options open. It's not like Survivor, where solid alliances can make it all the way to the end by numeric majority. All it takes is one person that's on the outs winning HOH to completely change up the game, so you need to play with everyone and not exclude people.

"Floating" is like the new catchphrase to describe someone as "not playing well." There's a huge difference between someone like Joe, who doesn't do anything and votes with the majority every time to appear as inoffensive as possible, and people like Alison/Jun of BB4 who worked two alliances against each other on purpose without choosing allegiance and strategically made their way to the final two.

Pretty much. There is a big difference between a manipulator and a person who doesn't play, but both would be called a floater.

Though floater has negative connotations, it certainly isn't always used negatively; Will is, after all, the ultimate floater. I think the problem is that fans still aren't sure exactly how to properly define it, and so it ends up being a catch-all for "bad player".

In that sense, it's similar to Survivor's phenomenon of "riding coattails", which is a strategy that is usually negatively defined but often ends up producing players that last well into the game—or even end up winning.

The only Survivor player to ever win the game twice was the proverbial MASTER of coattail riding.

Sandra <3

Not my favorite player by a longshot, but yeah, what Trigger said. She knows how to win the game, despite not being very entertaining television.

I await the inevitable re-litigation of Sandra's "deservedness" in the Survivor thread.

...I really hate the concept of someone "deserving" a win.

It's not about deserving or not I just hate how Suvivor's typical BS that you have to win the jury over. When 9/10 that isn't what happens, they usually are just voting against someone rather than voting for someone to win. Rob controlling the game and the jury being fine with it in the end is winning over the jury. Sandra being forgotten once her teammates were gone and having the luxury of the jury hating Parvati and Russel is not winning over the jury.

Yup. That's why I stopped watching survivor.

I wouldn't mind seeing a BB season with ex-survivor players.

I'm down. CBS should make that happen if they want to really revive BB. But for the love of god get rid of Grodner first.

edit: They'd also get the right Hantz in the house.

I would love that. I think someone from CBS(Probst?) I think not too long ago talked about it not working for some reason or another. But I think it was when talks came about of a survivor season of half survivor people and half bb players and the same with BB.

Or...I could be making this up completely. :lol I can't find it, but for some reason I remember someone talking about it just after last survivor season.

I'd be down with a BB: Survivor edition. Survivor gets all the hot people usually.
They cast models for thta show for a reason. Same reason survivor has never been in a cold climate.

BB is more about personality, since they have to entertain 24 hours a day.

lmao Jessie came back. He took their beer (which they've been hoarding) and replaced all the junk food with health food. Also hugged Dan for ten seconds. Ian says he got useless presents from a Christmas tree in the PB room, but he could be lying.
