You are pretty much treating 50 rape victims as liars and you're gloryifying a POS rapist by defending him and making him the victim of some conspiracy theory on no other basis than the fact that he's one of the most popular black entertainers.

As I've said in another Cosby thread. If he's proven guilty then by all means let the pos rot behind bars. I know there could be possible true victims within the group. But the ones who try to use this get some quick fame (like the playboy mansion one) Are the reasons Bill is getting away. Then when you walk it back, you get the notoriety from whatever you said plus you stir up the fucking pot and get people actively interested in what you're doing instead of just being apathetic. It's a "no such thing as bad press strategy" but man, did he pick a hell of a thing to say.
And really, the only thing worse than this is the sheer amount of shitty memes, jokes, and racist comments that are going to come out of this. Comment sections will be filled with gay fish jokes, Reddit is going to be filled with a bunch of 12 year olds riding on the karma bandwagon shitting on him, the Internet will just generally be a massive dick about this. That's not to say any of this isn't deserved. He really does have it coming, but man does it suck to see a man you idolized just get torn to shreds and desecrated.
It just feels bad to have one of your ideals ripped to shreds in front of your eyes, because aside from this, Kanye's story is a testament to hard work, perseverance, and dedication. He practiced for years to be a great beatmaker, he dropped out of college to work for Jay, he tried for years to break out of his producer-only image, he lost his mom to the trappings of fame, he's produced several classics, elevated several people from nobodies into somebodies, and has become somebody from nobody. And yet because of the dumb shit he says no one can fucking champion him. At least the stuff prior was narcissistic, so it was localized to himself. But, supporting a man widely considered to be a rapist is just a bridge too far. No matter how you look at it, there's no ambiguity, no exit, no reason it should exist. It's just pure idiocy that drops a great man into the tier with Stacey Dash, anti-vaxxers, and Fox News contributors.
That's what really sucks about this whole thing.
