Yes I think the enemy you need to kill to get your blood back will identifiable by glowing red eyes.

Go to settings -> themes on your PS4. It will be ready to download from there.

It seems like the more "beastly" the foe, the more likely it is to steal your blood. No real proof, just going off of what I've seen in currently available media.

Usually I get a paper with the review copy telling me what to not share in my review/video. Like with The Order, I received a paper with my copy not telling stuff.

For the public, yes. Reviewers normally get access to the day one patch earlier. We have no idea if it's live already or not
