Bloodborne Strategy guide .... where are you?

This whole situation with the BB guide got me thinking. Would people buy a digital only guide if it had all the same qualities as an collectors guide, such as exclusive artwork, interviews and all that. It would also mean that it could be updated with latest changes in patches (which seems to be more common with most games these days).

I see a lot of smaller games without guides too and I think that style could work, such as Monster Hunters and the smaller RPGs on the handhelds.

Still nothing regarding online sites.
Went to a few Game stores earlier and neither had the guide, one had no idea when they are expecting it and the other reckoned this Thursday. So who knows.

GAME's website says Friday release date too. Heard nothing from Wordery and their customer support seems pretty useless at actually answering when they'll get it...or maybe they just don't know. Is testing my patience slightly, must admit I've been tempted to cancel.

Book depository states "not in stock". And they are an Amazon company right?

I bought it for the art and collection - not for actual guide.

Also, mine is supposed to be delivered today! I am excited to dig in.

Be guide

Step 1, be prepared to die, a lot
Step 2, if you get to a boss and die and you have less than 20 vials afterwards, farm them! Get like 60 before you retry so you don't have to farm each time.
Step 3, patience and be prepared to die, a lot

put into Vitality, endurance, strength and skill.

Endurance lol.

Pre-ordered this book from Amazon. Estimated date for delivery is this bloody Friday.

Fuckin' Amazon.

Already in NG+ and stuff, but I just wanted it because I'm obsessed with Bloodborne, and I want all the LORE in it. Been waiting so long for my LORE.

Fuckin' Amazon.

Amazon currently says it's out of stock, but I ordered it anyway as they have it listed for $23.08. I checked my order history and it says I'm getting it by Tuesday at 8:00 PM!

EDIT: Apparently that was only for the other thing I ordered. I refreshed and now it says, "We need a little more time to provide you with a good estimate. We'll notify you via e-mail as soon as we have an estimated delivery date".

Thanks for this! I got a backorder for $23.08. Seems worth the chance to me.

Amazon and USPS both say my guide is out for delivery as of the early AM here, but Amazon says it'll be delivered today and USPS tomorrow. Please be right, Amazon.... ;_;

Probably a bad tactic, but I'm going to wait on this until the price comes down lol. I want it to be £15 or less, and then Flubit to offer me like £12ish.

It's less guide and more collector's item. I am looking forward to the interview with Miyazaki.

Also, I will be so happy happy if they make an official Bloodborne art book. That will be soooo cool!

Mine should be here wednesday and then I can finally start playing.

Why not play the game first without a guide then play NG+ with the guide?

Anyways mine shipped out Saturday and Amazon says it won't be here until Wednesday? Checked the shipping log and its been in Los Angeles since the weekend. Not sure what is exactly going on.

That's why I'm unsure. How much of it is interesting stuff like the interview/artbook/making of?

As you say if a whole book of that stuff was released I'd have bought it already.

Arriving today by 8pm. I Don't expect much more in way of lore but it least we will have proper names for enemies and things. I wanted the art, theme and interview and I bought it for 20.99 so there was that.

My copied just arrived a little while ago here at work (love having Amazon packages delivered here!). I haven't had much of opportunity to give it an in-depth look, but I'm very impressed based on the quick look I've had. It's a beautiful book. :-)

Just received it and a quick thumb though shows I've got water damage blobs over several pages in the glossy interview section at the end. crap. excitement dampened.

I totally forgot about this but it shipped...I still can't even play the game for more than a few minutes without feeling sick.

Mine's scheduled for Tuesday. Mainly bought it to support ENB and because the Dark Souls 2 guide was a great resource for trophies and items.

Granted, I've already got all the weapons and spells... And really all of the items too.

Ah well. Lore stuff should be good.
