I don't disagree, but you know not of what this games sales are going to be to even start claiming that about this title. So the goal of marketing is to get people talking about it, we are fucking 13 pages into a thread JUST talking about a patch going live, about an app, to a game we've yet to even see revealed. I'd say they are doing a fucking fine job right now with this entire ploy lol

I just don't see a Silent Hill or Metal Gear by Kojima and Sony publishing on PS5 as moving low units or not being seen positively in terms of gameplay considering the cult following behind JUST the P.T demo.

@DenchDeckard Yup, they are doing something with PSN to make it look like the person has had all these years and all these titles played and some of the trophies can't be found, like they are not real. Its clearly something that only Sony could pull off as clearly PSN is theirs. So Sony publishing, Kojima developing sounds like that rumor is legit.

All this hype and interest hinges on the hope that whatever this game turns out to be, it is funded directly by Sony, has involvement by Kojima, and is tied to Metal Gear Solid or Silent Hill IP. If none of that happens to be true, I fail to envision a scenario where this doesn't go up in flames.
