It's a nothing burger. I'd be happy to be wrong, but people give Kojima waaaaay too much credit.
 
You know the level of desperation is insane when everyone is depending so much on this clown spewing garbage about a game we don't even know exists for sure.

Wow, this is some mighty fine piece of software engineering they've got there. 10 hours on and they still can't make it run.

PS 5 turned out to be too weak for Hasan's experience. Poor dude will have to delay it for the next gen i guess.

EDIT: Actually, make that the entire run-up to Death Stranding. The whole marketing cycle for that game was insane.

Shu tweeting about this "apparent" shit show is confirmation that Sony has confidence in this product.

What it is? I have no clue, I couldn't care less about #teamreal, but it's "something" worth the speculation.

The mystery behind the game is what puzzles me the most.

If "Abandoned" isn't the "real" title, and the "background images" are generic "asset packs", than what's all of the secrecy for, exactly? Why haven't we seen a sliver of this game yet?

This tells us they're clearly hiding the true nature of this game. We'll find out soon, though.

Lets face it.. I don't care how pissed people think they are... If they say today that the APP is really PT reborne and officially re announce SH are you really not going to care ?
 
Just checking in and WOW nothing happened?? What a shower! I was LMAO last night watching that guy streaming who basically refreshed the app a million times whilst saying "man this is some BS!" For over 2 hours.

Us gamers can be particularly sad sometimes 😂
 
If its MGS or Silent Hill. They done a good job of doing another Moby dick job
If its an indie, they got more attention than most indies

Its annoying but if it ends up good no1 will care lol

For me theres too many coincidences that its a Kojima game

The one thing that really makes me doubt its not an indie game is that from the looks of it are genuinely trying to fix this ASAP but seem completely incapable to do so.

But there's so much more wierd stuff that points to it being something else IMO so it might be part of the plan

wasnt it delayed last month to this month? now its delayed again? we're obviously being strung along on purpose. imo the rumours of this being konami's "abandoned" ip is true and this is it.
 
Let's think logically for a sec.
The app itself apparently needed an update to bring us the teaser content. They clearly had the updated app build ready to ship. So what could be the problem?
It's Sony themselves that publish all stuff on PSN. BB clearly must have already shipped the update to Sony and got a date in return for when it's going live. Sony isn't THAT incompetent.

And no, it can't be a Sony verification issue either, because NO dev/publisher would make a statement BEFORE all this stuff is out of the way.

This reeks of Kojima-dimsum long way...
