Hah,holy shit.

Still down?

At the end of the day,I'm not mad. What's being wasted? Just time. And honestly, that's completely up to the person on how much they want to commit to this show.

Let's think logically for a sec.
The app itself apparently needed an update to bring us the teaser content. They clearly had the updated app build ready to ship. So what could be the problem?
It's Sony themselves that publish all stuff on PSN. BB clearly must have already shipped the update to Sony and got a date in return for when it's going live. Sony isn't THAT incompetent.

And no, it can't be a Sony verification issue either, because NO dev/publisher would make a statement BEFORE all this stuff is out of the way.

This reeks of Kojima-dimsum long way...

Paperwork, metadata, IP agreement, etc etc could have been incorrect or missing and would take some time to resolve. You don't just submit an executable. Any of these things could take a few days to resolve especially for a multi region release. Also Sony wouldn't just drop everything to help this guy if he screwed something up.

That was exhausting...fkn shit and a total waste of time for everyone..

Im so sory for everyone who spent all night for that shitshow...

I dont want to see these bluebox or hasan face ever again...

In fact this makes me had enough with game developer droping cryptic message

Not all of us are into these drama thing and playing around peoples mind

You don´t think telling an Arab man to better go work at a shawarma place is slightly racist?
No more than asking white person to work at mcdonalds or chinese to work at chinese restautrant? these are typical places to work at for certain groups, nothing racist about it.

Personally I'm just curious to find out if this is a hoax or not, felt bad for them on last night when they could not get it working.

hmm guess we have a different understanding of what's appropriate. I think you could word it differently and still say the same. no need to make the affiliation with the home country.

One of my most recent experiences with people like shubik shubik was when me and two other Eastern European guys were cracking some jokes about Chernobyl in a Discord server. Suddenly there was this American dude who came out of nowhere and started accusing us of cultural appropriation and racism.

Small tip - telling someone who looks to be of Asian descent to go work at a Chinese restaurant is also racist. You could just tell them to go work at a restaurant, or McDonald's, and it's the same insult.

? Where's the racism ?
Asking someone that they belong in a shwarma restaurant isn't so different than asking them to work at Mcdonalds

Saying someone should work in a certain place based on where they are from is a "little" sprinkle of Racism like the person you replied to said.

If someone told me I was better off working in a Curry House than being a Software Developer because I'm Indian I'd be a little offended that they think based on the colour of my skin I am only capable of doing something the Country I'm from is known for.

It isn't the same as asking someone to work at McDonalds.

Anyway, not massively offensive, just a bit shit reply by that Twitter user.

Thx for bringing up that example. I could not have said it better myself. It´s not a big thing but it´s mean and it could hurt people. I don´t think that was the intention in this case but it´s always good to reconsider such things for the future.

See, we all learning today! We all growing, through our shared disgust at the useless Hasan Kahraman.

I never said you were. You're just giving off the same vibes as certain modern stereotypes who are constantly looking for something to be offended from.

I don´t care what vibe I give of to be honest. This is a gaming forum. I express my opinion here just like everybody else. Nobody said you have to like it ;)

Nice to see we finally agreed on that 'free speech' thing. Now I can go to my nearest shawarma restaurant.

Cultural appropriation of Chernobyl? What, he thought you gonna build your own RMBK reactor?
I mean, the radioactivity spread.through most of Europe, it's also part of our culture now 🤷🏻‍♂️

wasnt it delayed last month to this month? now its delayed again? we're obviously being strung along on purpose. imo the rumours of this being konami's "abandoned" ip is true and this is it.
Yes, I guess thats what make all this so ambivalent. Team fake takes it as confirmation that its just a indie developer and Team real takes it as a confirmation that its something big. Personally I'm inclined to believe the latter, mostly because of all the wierd "coincidinces" and the silence from Kojima, Sony and most of all Konami. Something like this would've been shot down ages ago at this point, yet they haven't.

Is telling an american to better go work at a macdonalds racist?

Is telling an italian to better go work at a pizzeria racist?
American is up in the air, as McDonald's is multinational.

Italian, yes. That is racist.

What about telling a Canadian to work in a poutinery? Or as a zamboni driver?

Honestly I don't think associating someone from a certain ethnicity with that ethnicity most known food is racist, at all. It's insulting, but just that.

IMHO

I think, as always with such delicate topics, there is a fine line that can be easily crossed. Context of course always matters.
