Bombs detonated at Boston Marathon finish line

So, it has been confirmed to be the backpack by authorities? If so, then suspicion directed toward that one gentleman seems fairly reasonable. After all, those are similar-looking backpacks, it was quite bulky in size.

Like I said, everything depends on facts being true as they are presented... which has not been the case on a lot of early info we have gotten. (5 bombs, controlled demolition, and so on)

Which one? The agent? He still has his backpack in the later shot and remember this fragment was from the second detonation. Possible that it is was the same type of backpack (potentially even from another agent, but that's a little too 24 / Infowars for me at this hour).

False flaggers go "Ah-HAH! So the agent did it!"

A guy who was a very close friend of mine for many years got bitten by the Ron Paul bug, and now he's a full-blown truther. I am trying my hardest to ignore him on Facebook, but he keeps trying to engage me with stuff unrelated to this with the hopes that maybe we will discuss it.

Instead of being reasonable act as the even bigger truther, maybe you'll be so wild he'll see how stupid it is.

Now that we ruled out other guy how about this one? Gray stripe too. Have there been any followup pics with him? I dont know what the subreddit is for this

The way the guy's holding the bag leads me to believe that it isn't very heavy and therefore doesn't have a pressure cooker full of explosives inside of it.

I know quite a few people like that, but I've been a wacko libertarian since before I could vote, so hopefully you know we don't all end up like that.

True, and also the bags could be duffle bags right? They just said they believe they were black bags, correct? And duffle bags would be harder to spot in those large crowds.

Of course not. My friend is not a libertarian. He's more of an mild-anarchist, if that makes any sense. His ultimate goal is to create a world where being a junkie is normal and accepted, unfortunately. If he had not been an addict, I don't think he would support Libertarian causes at all. He has since moved past Ron Paul to more fringe figures.

I just doubt that a lone-wolf bomber would bring two heavy backpacks and two identical ones at that. So that either points to multiple bombers or the lone-wolf used a backpack and maybe a bag for the other bomb. Might point to that orange sack as the other bomb.

Two backpacks just looks odd. I think a bomber would be worried about looking odd.

Looking at the hires original photos of "hahatango" (of whom most of the pics getting posted came from)...the two guys in the original photo have a duffel and a backpack...the guy with hat CLEARLY in 3 photos (and I brought it into photoshop to adjust levels and see if the strap detail was hiding...it clearly is not) does not have his backpack after that initial photo...not saying they did it...but they have to be persons of suspicion right now for the authorities...you don't just "lose" a backpack right next to where a bomb explodes 2 hours later...

Which photo is this?

Which photo is this?

The original or the others?

You can look through all the photos of his stream...if you follow the blue guy and the guy with the white hat...at some point after they were at the bomb site the white hat guy lost his backpack. Hires are available on all of them...

Warning some of the aftermath is probably NSFW though no more graphic than what the papers have been posting...

Someone posted these shots,

He's the other odd one people have been pointing out...but in all pictures (admittedly we don't have many) he always has his bag and seems to be migrating away from where the bomb would have gone off...

I've seen those picks and he's definitely one of the more suspicious individuals. Even if it doesn't add up just yet or never, its weird to see someone drifting alone and holding their bag cautiously like that as if they did not want anyone to accidently bump into it. I need some sleep.

I personally haven't seen anyone hold a bag like that, but that's just me.

When your in a large crowd it makes sense to have your bag in front of you in your line of sight, its a prevention for pickpockets.
Also the bag doesn't seem to be that heavy if he is carrying it on one forearm like that.
But I need to look at the bag at the second sight again

Well (my) Facebook is imploding with horseshit like this:

I've been working a lot and haven't been able to follow, so can someone tell me if there's any evidence a Muslim extremist was behind this?

No but some people are speculating that the pressure cookers(they believe that the bombs used these) that are used with IED's in the middle east have a connection

I've said it before many times. The sheer irony is lost to these people. Like them, terrorists have a blind, indiscriminate, hatred of a particular group. There is no moral difference between someone on social media advocating genocide of Muslims and a Middle Eastern terrorist subscribing to the same mindset; this whilst justifying their hatred of the other because "they are monsters". It is tribalism of the lowest denominator - one that has actually led to radicalisation on both sides.

People forget that there are millions of people who are Islamic that lead successful, peaceful, and productive lives. The actions of a highly visible group of nut jobs does not constitute the religion as a whole.

It's disappointing to see people jump to conclusions before any suspects or motives are even identified. Way to alienate millions of innocent people.

So what I understood is:

1- Saudi national as potential suspect
2- Was wounded in the attack
3- Was brought to an hospital and is not allowed to leave
4- A man who looked nervous and drove numerous times in front of a police station brought the police an apartment
5- The police searched the place, and it turns out it is the apartment of the Saudi national, who lived there with two room mates. Only one was mentioned, who has moved in five months ago (the other two already lived together).

Also, the likely hood that the guy would have carried both bombs to the site IMO is not impossible, but if the size was too big it could screw up the plan, so I'm thinking two were possibly involved.

The other room mate was apparently traveling in NY yesterday.

Yea, none of this is true.

people know, they just dont care

The media is trying their hardest to keep on reporting "new news" regarding this horrific accident. Which is painful because there really is no new news. It's regurgitating the same bits of information known two days ago ad nauseam.

A world without Islam would be so radically different I wouldn't even know where to start.
