Freekstyle was my first thought, really underrated game and the past two generations have really lacked in those trick/boost kind of racing games

Final Fantasy XII was my second thought. No other game has carried the torch on that combat and gambit system and I loved it. Perhaps cheating, but probably more of a gray area

Bully is also up there for me. Probably my favorite Rockstar game

Rogue Squadron. I know the first was on N64 and sequel on GCN do not sure if it counts. The games were great though. I haven't played any flight/fighter that I have liked as much since. I was really hoping for Battlefront to have something similar.

I think the concept was good, But the execution was a bit meh, Yet I still enjoyed it.

Simple my choice is to bring back the Full Spectrum Warrior series. That was my favorite TPS/Strategy game that was only on Xbox and PS2. It never made it to the 360 or PS3.
