In terms of resolution, the Xbox One version is indeed closer to Wii U/360 but, in terms of detail, the XB1 version is running the higher resolution assets. They seem to be making heavy use of displacement mapping and other forms of tessellation to give surfaces additional detail, among other things. That is, bricks, stones, and other surface detail now appears 3D instead of simply appearing as a flat texture. The world geometry should appear much more complex and detailed all around on PS4/XB1/PC. The type of detail they are focusing on makes a lot of sense in that it can be easily layered into their current engine but, unfortunately, it is barely visible in compressed Youtube videos. That won't be present on Wii U (or 360 or PS3).
