Well I don't think neither SE or Sega would mind their games reaching a broader audience. SE let Nintendo bring over Bravely Default, if they don't have any plans for Type-0 I'm sure they would let Sony publish it here.

When was the last time SCEA localized anything third party? I think they do great localization work, but only on first party stuff. They did great on Wild Arms 3.

That's why they set up a new team dedicated for these kinds of stuff. Borderland 2 to the Vita is their first achievement I believe.
