Atlus has been explicit about ensuring that pre-orders can't be collected for that game anywhere.

There's no SKU on Amazon.com.
There's no SKU on Gamestop.com.
There's no SKU on EBGames.ca.

There isn't even a Japanese preorder SKU on amazon.co.jp.

Atlus doesn't want our money. This isn't an Amazon thing.

No, not until they charge you (which happen when it ships). But this promo is well done, you can simply do: X*0.7 = Y, where X is the original price on your order, Y will be the discounted price before tax.
