The Japanese team's withdrawl from E3 due to the swine flu would be a good guess. In fact, that's almost definitely the cause as the hyped game was hinted as being made by Capcom japan.

How hard is it seriously just to upload a trailer onto the internet? I don't think you can catch the Swine Flu by uploading a file on the internet, Capcom. So only one game I'm looking forward to from Capcom at E3... Lost Planet 2, yawn.
