Isn't Black Panther considered Superhuman? I was just wondering if he was in Civil War. I mean without the herb he's peak human but with it he's on the level of Superhuman right?

Although the King of the Dead upgrade definitely puts him on the Superhuman level. Though I doubt it will be used in his solo movie. Maybe when he gets his third movie.
