Captain America: Civil War |OT| Finding Zemo

Saw it. It's good, aside from some shaky cam fighting. Spidey is great too, but I don't think he's the best on screen spidey. Not yet anyway, he has the potential to come on top.

(not really spoiler but I don't want to risk having people bitch at me)
The real MVP for me was Ant-Man, he has a bigger role than I expected.

Sucks that the sound was pretty terrible in the cinema here in the Philippines. And of course people bring their crying babies, playful kids and talk in phones while watching the movie lol. It didn't have subtitles either so I missed some dialogue here and there.

And I agree. Some of the shaky cam fighting made me dizzy.

Man Odeon (UK) are scummy. Means for 3D iMax and after booking, one ticket for me is £21.50.

Whew! Really glad they didn't
nerf Cap against Black Panther and Spidey!

By the way, am I understanding correctly that the villain
was just some dad whose family got killed in the Ultron movie?

Just finished. Short comments

- hands down their best movie and my personal fave
- black panther was amazing
- spidey/peter was perfect cast
- actions were great
- at first I thought I'd be bored with the duration, but it was fun rie with lot of high points.

No complaint from me.

In the comics,
Zemo is much more formidable and menacing
. In the movie,
he's kind of re-imagined as a more political person, who's got beef with the Avengers due to Sokovia. That plus the in-fighting plus the accords plus the Winter Soldier stuff is what all makes Civil War happen.

Here's hoping that unlike
Crossbones, who kind of got shafted as he is a huge character in the comics, Zemo gets more clout as the MCU progresses.

*EDIT*
REDACTED

I watched The First Avenger again recently and she's really lovely. Suits the 40s look down to a tee as well.

She really is, and she's a pretty cool person to boot. I just now realized my ex GF kind of looks like the non-Hollywood version of Haley so maybe that's why I have such a crush on her...

*IMPORTANT Q ALERT*

Was any of the movie filmed in 3D officially? Just curious, because as of right now I plan on getting regular IMAX tickets only.

Man, he's such a good Thor. I hope they finally make a movie worthy of the character. Third time's the charm!

Rule of thumb, never choose 3D if you can help it, and if 2D Imax is available and you pick anything else, you're doing it wrong!

Goddammit my tablet is loading thumbnails from youtube videos posted here automatically. I'm out!!!
See you all on the other side in 48 hours.

Never choose 3d if you can watch it in 2d

I... cant. Every single showing in my city is 3d

Thanks James Cameron

I felt giddy watching
the Spider-Man AND Peter Parker
scenes, really well done. I love the rapport and interactions with the other characters. Definitely a highlight of the film for me.
Ant-Man
felt tacked on, but having had
his own solo movie
unlike the others, it was forgivable how he was put into the mix.

Also, Black Widow's fight scenes were ACE. They felt full of IMPACT and the choreography was simply amazing.

I felt Black Widow fight scenes in Age of Ultron were pretty lackluster for the most part. Though wasn't she pregnant at the time so that would explain why she wasn't doing complicated choreography stuff.
