Took a peek in. She was raving about Marvel ripping off Nolan and feeling betrayed by the "colourful" pictures we got before and that the trailer isn't looking like that. She spends almost one and a half minute making a mocking dialogue between Marvel executives with silly voices telling each other to steal from Inception.

With the exception of the floating city, the trippy visuals in the trailer was more of an extension of the quantum realm stuff in Ant-Man than anything else.
Does her video has ads? If it does, it's most likely pandering.
That other guy however is indeed serious considering none of his videos contain ads.

People forget that Doctor Strange comics did the reality bending stuff way before Inception. Plus like someone said Inception is more about things happening in dreams, but Doctor Strange is actual realities bending and dimensions.

It's not a ripoff, but it has imagery that closely resembles what Nolan did in Inception. (OK, it's "kind of" a ripoff. TBF it's just one shot of many).
Which is fine btw, just as The Winter Soldier has imagery that (well, tries to) resemble Heat, just like The Dark Knight did before that. It's a good thing. It's a normal thing. Movies do that shit all the time.
