My screening is 7:30 pm and my friend will be here at about 6.

Marvel paid all the fans to go see their movie, because that's how you make money. By paying fans more money than a ticket would cost to see a movie so the box office will be huge. My head hurts.
They did the same thing for Winter Soldier. And the line for the NYC showing was massive.

Heard a guy in line call everyone here posers even though they were in line seven hours before him.
You know I've just rewatched the First Avenger in preparation for Civil War (I'll rewatch the Winter Soldier over the weekend), for all the issues I have with the 2nd and 3rd acts, the 1st act is as tight as fuck, I mean it's a really really elegant origin story in terms of how streamlined it is. The film suffers from the montage heavy 2nd act (both the war bonds bit and the WW2 in 5 minutes bit coming so soon after each other really compress the film to a point it doesn't ever recover), but it still manages a decent emotional conclusion (I had a date)
Unlikely. But I want to see it just for the shenanigans and meltdown that follows.

I was also pretty damn stoked that BvS IMAX was exclusively in 2D, so at least I didn't have to watch a murky dark movie, just a dark one.
