FutureXmDCcomics is the best thing about BvS

I would seriously give the guy money if the whole thing is a troll. So hoping that next week he posts a video with him wearing a Marvel shirt and going on and on about how he just saw Civil War and it's the best movie ever.

Be greatest swerve ever

You be the judge.

Skimming through all 3 pages real quick, the only movie that's an action blockbuster and that she liked was Skyfall.

Even her reviews makes it pretty clear that she couldn't care any less about the action.

And action movie fan she is not.

All I could gather from that:

* She doesn't pay much attention. Because even in AoU, you can see people falling off to their death when the Earth starts cracking open. But she claims no one even bleed from their nose.

* Seems to dislike what (she thinks) men find entertaining, thinking it's below her intelligence level.

Guys it's not important to dive into the history of people who give it a negative review. It's not productive. You're going to just have to come to terms with the fact that your fave could never and that this movie sucks.

Civil War is the worst movie with Spiderman I've seen in theaters in over a decade.

The last Spiderman movie I saw in theaters was Spiderman 2.

The funny part is that there's probably a equally terrible person that acts like him but is a marvel fan.

But it's going to be ignored because well...marvel fans.

Eh, maybe. Part of what makes FutureXmDCcomics so morbidly fascinating though is that he's defending Snyder specifically with such bizarre fervor. The guy doesn't even like other DC films!

There are definitely equally crazy Marvel fans out there but none that I'm aware that posts such weirdly out of touch videos on a regular basis.

What you're witnessing is the nuttier parts of a fanbase trying to psychologically cope with the situation. For marvel, there's no need, they're "winning". If Marvel movies start floundering critically or commercially they'll come out of the woodwork.

So just got out of the imax 3d showing here in London this morning, and Civil War is in my mind, the best Marvel film out there.

& it's not just because the action is visceral and the acting is great - it's because its actual coherent. I'm used to having action blockbusters film fall over themselves, breaking their own continuity or having the main cast do massively out of character things because the writers have changed from film to film - this hasn't happened here.

I thought this movie, like Age of Ultron, would be bogged down and incoherent with all the new characters its bringing to the table, but that isnt the case here, every super hero gets their dues - Civil War threads the needle to produce a great film.

Spoilers, but I'm keeping it vague
The caveat is that you have to believe that the main villain knows the super heroes decision making process as well as the audience does, which isn't necessarily realistic - but this is comic book fiction!

I expect when that day comes, it's going to be a hundred times worse after they've built such staggeringly large audience. The bigger the pride, the more spectacular the fall will be.

But as crazy as CBM fans have become, it's still small potatoes compared to the Star Wars fan base. That's a fanboy lineage spanning generations.

Here's my short review of Civil War:

Haven't seen it yet, bet it sucks though. Ultron sucked.
