Would have been an appropriate title because no one knows how he figures into the movie at all despite all the promos.

It would give him a noble sacrifice after The Avengers and help the character reboot after seemingly turning "evil" in this movie. Maybe not "evil" but he's probably going to get some of that "villain" taint on him from being on the "wrong" side, so he'll need some redemption to bring fans back around on the character in time for Infinity War.

Rhodey seems like a fake out and Hawkeye just got a family in AoU. I think with his fake out/death signs in AoU, he's pretty safe in this one.

Maybe I think the people on the chopping block (from most likely to least) are: Agent 13, Cap, Tony, Black Widow, Scarlet Witch, Falcon

I think it will. I'd be surprised if they don't kill another character either on top of that. For Thanos' invasion to be possible, morale amongst SH in MCU must be at its lowest with everyone not trusting each other and refuse to work with one another again because of this incident.
