Got my GF to start watching FMA Brotherhood with me on Netflix last Xmas. We're both really busy so we aren't close to being done. I was surprised she was up to the idea and figured the whole Anime and Otaku sterotype would scare her away.

She's been generally very accepting of the whole show so far though.

Back in the day I use to have my Otaku posters mixed in with the rest of my stuff. Had some Anime poster and a FF wall scroll. Twas interesting because most of my friends weren't really into that stuff at all, but one of my best friends was sort of my Otaku breathern back in the day. I didn't have a ton of extra shit around my room though so my other friends didn't really even give a shit or more to the point give me shit about it all.

I consider myself an Otaku; I collect figures, watch anime, read manga, build/paint garage kits and gunpla, love hentai.

Ending is lewd, but good on you for garage kits. Pictures?

I've owned some GKs that I've just sold because I'll never bother painting them (RIP Rider motorcycle ver.) but have kept my prepainted bootleg e2046 one.

Moe FM is also available, and free.

Moe FM is good except there's no way to log in, right? I tried it briefly a few days ago and then read on the description that theres no way to login, so I don't know why they have the favourite button!

There's also (Musify link removed because it's awful) and this Chinese app for Windows Phone. Not sure if there's anything for android though.

The site works without having to login I think, so for those curious, http://moe.fm/listen

Good! Maybe I'll take figure photos too but room itself is generally lacking in shame.

Also "speaking" of phones, anyone with a smartphone get moe radio or some other moefm app. Keep hyping this but it's pretty good! Leads me to catchy things such as this track from beatmania

My room has plenty of anime shelving, posters, wallscrolls, figurines, and trinkets. Its been a long time hobby and passion for me and I have no intention of stopping it.

I almost feel like anime and table top games are like the last real bastion of nerdism.

Star Trek, Star Wars, Dr. Who, comic books, video games, it's all just accepted by the general public.

She would be classified as
inferior to Kitsurubami.

I haven't bothered to look up non-tenco / ashito stuff for comiket yet, but does anyone know of anything interesting, particular game wise? Hopefully it's not just Touhou palette swaps...again.

Just differentiating! Anime Bike Culture.

That thing is amazing.

As for my room, there is a little get together put on by the local University anime club, so Im gonna go check that out. It ends at 4 PM, then I have work at 6 pm, so probably wont put up any pics until tomorrow morning.
