He was in that stupid thriller film "step dad" that bombed. He did that between seasons of Nip/Tuck. AFAIK, he was getting REALLY tired of acting in Nip/Tuck (and I can't blame him, Ryan Murphy was jumping ship to Glee and the writers simply weren't there to keep the drama and stuff going season later seasons after 3), and wanted to take a break. Same for Christian Troy/the dude from "Charmed."

He's in something that released in the past couple of months, or even this month. I would've listed him otherwise. >_>
