Its pretty well known that Blizzard rips-off everything.

I mean, honestly, a couple of Overwatch characters are very similar (visually) to other characters.
Visually:
Junkrat = Joker
Pharah = Samus

And then there's stuff like Mercy or Zarya, who don't look like knock-offs but are very similar in some ways to TF2 Medic and Heavy. All of the characters seem to be specifically aimed at various target markets (Reaper at 12 year old boys, for example).

I really like playing Overwatch despite the mostly terrible character designs (although they're very visually polished terrible characters).
