I've been thinking about that even though I posted earlier, and I think that instead of being 'unsolicited goods', these are actually 'not as described' - you did place an order, so you were expecting some goods... just these are not the goods you wanted.

One thing it doesn't address, though, is whether - if you wish - you can keep those goods anyway. It certainly doesn't say that a company has the right to demand an exchange, though!
