What do you mean by non-UK EU Amazon ?
I tried quickly a few things on Amazon.fr and it doesn't seem to work

I can at least confirm it also works on Amazon.de (€5 off €25).

yes. I'm glad that I didn't cancel my preorder.

I got in on the £39.99 Amazon UK preorder for the LE, which has now disappeared from their site. So not sure if I'll get my copy. Don't have high hopes, as the official Namco site only has links to GAME and Zavvi for the LE.

Vol 1 and 3 are sold out everywhere in UK. iirc they were made by the French licensor and Manga Entertainment only distribute them, so it will take a lot longer for any reprint to come through. rereleases at end of January but no special packaging.
