Just a heads up, got an email from Amazon.co.uk this morning.

Looks like the 60% off Wii console deals will be going live tomorrow, for anyone that's interested.
 
I subscribed and added Amazon to my email contacts but I've had no emails at all yet, I have bookmarked the deal page as a backup.

Good job I'm off work tomorrow to get me some deals!
 
If they're going to run this like Amazon US, then it will be a new deal every hour, each day. starting 9AM until 6PM

Also, judging by the email, it seems the deal will be for this Wii

Yeah, but the email say 2 games + controller, and has a pic of the one at my link. They will probably add there (super duper limited) stock to that page tomorrow
 
It's gonna suck if all of Amazons big deals start at 9am. Such an inconvenient time for me as it's when I'm usually commuting. Was hoping that as unlikely as it is, I would possibly be able to snag a 360S.

Amazon should have consulted me before they picked that time :lol

So could the deal on the Wii be anytime tomorrow? I really want to get one for 60% off but I have lectures all day. I will have my mac on me and there will be wifi but it seems kind of odd making such a big purchase in the middle of a lecture.

New stuff should be added at the top of every hour... wont be a 9AM as that is Take That;s new CD, but right now it could be any time from 10AM til 6PM

There could be a chance Amazon will give clues ahead of the deal (Amazon US does / did last year), so that might help those trying to get things at a certain time

Great news then, from 11 onwards I'll have a consistent Wifi connection so I should be able to buy it then. If it's 10 it could be most problematic, as I'm in a building with no Wifi whatsoever.

Didn't you needed to wait at least 4 weeks before you are allowed to notify them and for them to investigate the matter? Now you can do it after 10 days?

Anyway, cancelled my GT5 pre-order that I had at Zavvi, probably gonna buy it somewhere else, no way i'm playing the game on releasedate (or anywhere close) with Zavvi's delivery time, probably well into december (though I had it pre-ordered for a great price of £33).

That's not new. It has been like that since at least December 2009 for Zavvi and at least for February 2009 at The Hut.

Zavvi have some nice prices up for MM, Front Mission is £16 among others. Mostly the same as always though.

Sometimes the mega monday prices won't drop until the email is out, since they have vanquish on the mm list for £30 I am expecting them to drop that to £20 or so, maybe even that magical 17.95. THey have F1 listed too, wonder if it will drop even more.

Don't think so, they usually list games at their regular (albeit low) prices or £1 lower. And by now I'm sure that all pricing adjustments have been made.

The minimum amount of points you can buy is 500, for £4.29. To pay out 10p? Is it really worth it? I don't have an Xbox anymore, so I dunno.

If there were a way to get a small amount of MS points instantly (like the Coke Zone giveaway a while back), I'd be up for that.

Given they say there are more than 300 deals in total and 10 hours * 5 = 50 I'm guessing there will be deals across 6 product lines.

That means say music one of those and videogames is another. In this case it is entirely possible the Wii could go live at 9AM Monday.

Well 3PM-5PM Monday is probably all the time I'm away from the computer for this week so the deals I want the most will probably hit there :lol

As for the Wii. Hmm, £72 (as thats 40% of £180) which is basically the price of pre-owned, only its new and you'll get all the stuff you should.
