Excite!Feorax said:Just a heads up, got an email from Amazon.co.uk this morning.
Looks like the 60% off Wii console deals will be going live tomorrow, for anyone that's interested.

Except it isn't amazon that is selling this article at the moment? (hence the price compared to this for example)Keyser Soze said:If they're going to run this like Amazon US, then it will be a new deal every hour, each day. starting 9AM until 6PM
Take That Progress is the opener, at 9AM
Also, judging by the email, it seems the deal will be for this Wii

Stop It said:Holy shit MS, way to make up for a slightly disappointing first week of your relaunched GFWL Marketplace.
I really hope this is the case. I know I'll miss any opportunity of getting a good deal, otherwise.Keyser Soze said:If they're going to run this like Amazon US, then it will be a new deal every hour, each day. starting 9AM until 6PM
Arnie said:So could the deal on the Wii be anytime tomorrow? I really want to get one for 60% off but I have lectures all day. I will have my mac on me and there will be wifi but it seems kind of odd making such a big purchase in the middle of a lecture.
Goddammit, does GFWL not accept debit cards at all? I've tried three times without success. No points either (could have sworn I had 400 a few months ago, back when I sold my Xbox), so I'm SOL.Jenks said:Age Of Empire 3 collection is 10p or 10ms points on games for windows![]()

Great news then, from 11 onwards I'll have a consistent Wifi connection so I should be able to buy it then. If it's 10 it could be most problematic, as I'm in a building with no Wifi whatsoever.Keyser Soze said:New stuff should be added at the top of every hour... wont be a 9AM as that is Take That;s new CD, but right now it could be any time from 10AM til 6PM
There could be a chance Amazon will give clues ahead of the deal (Amazon US does / did last year), so that might help those trying to get things at a certain time

Didn't you needed to wait at least 4 weeks before you are allowed to notify them and for them to investigate the matter? Now you can do it after 10 days?Diablohead said:Zavvi changed their order dispatched emails to feature this line, in bold:

Anyway, cancelled my GT5 pre-order that I had at Zavvi, probably gonna buy it somewhere else, no way i'm playing the game on releasedate (or anywhere close) with Zavvi's delivery time, probably well into december (though I had it pre-ordered for a great price of £33).
That's not new. It has been like that since at least December 2009 for Zavvi and at least for February 2009 at The Hut.Diablohead said:Zavvi changed their order dispatched emails to feature this line, in bold:

Sometimes the mega monday prices won't drop until the email is out, since they have vanquish on the mm list for £30 I am expecting them to drop that to £20 or so, maybe even that magical 17.95. THey have F1 listed too, wonder if it will drop even more.Danneee said:I works just fine through the client you know.
Zavvi have some nice prices up for MM, Front Mission is £16 amongs others. Mostly the same as always though.
Thanks!a1m said:Just download the games for Windows client and it works fine.

Man, this blows.
The minimum amount of points you can buy is 500, for £4.29. To pay out 10p? Is it really worth it? I don't have an Xbox anymore, so I dunno.Moobabe said:You can't gift either. Couldn't you buy some MS points and get it that way?
Given they say there are more than 300 deals in total and 10 hours * 5 = 50 I'm guessing there will be deals across 6 product lines.Keyser Soze said:If they're going to run this like Amazon US, then it will be a new deal every hour, each day. starting 9AM until 6PM

Multiplayer is all I'd want this game for (yeah, I'm that cheap).
