I read about this earlier on my touch but what exactly happened? did amazon pull the lightning deal just before it was about to start?MarshMellow96 said:Here's hoping it doesn't do a PSP Go...
Don't forget about bank fees (assuming you're with one that charges for currency conversion) as well, so its probably even less of a loss.Diablohead said:They also just added in FIFA 11 for 25 euro (£22.50 with postage), lol damn I just paid £25 last night for a copynot a huge loss.
So far nationwide has not charged me for any euro or dollar conversions, at least nothing has ever come up about it on my statements.Starwolf_UK said:Don't forget about bank fees (assuming you're with one that charges for currency conversion) as well, so its probably even less of a loss.

*faints from shock of Mozart*mclem said:Mozart's back! 6pm. Apparently discounted from £79.99, now.
When I paid for the amazon.fr wheel, what was the big splash screen about currency conversion? It looked like an invitation to opt in to some other service, but I wasn't clear, and I'm always suspicious of things like that where the "ACCEPT" button is so much larger than the "No, just do things normally" button.

Diablohead said:£70 Traveller trainers down to £15? (amazon) might not be game related but that's good value even if the £70 is just a high RRP, can't beat 15 beans for a good pair.
I just spent £12 on some other trainers last week, that's with 66% off mind you not some cheapy socker world crap :lol

Sounds like you were in a phantom queue...annoying little things. Pleased you got it in the end though. But yes it should be until 23:59 unless it gets moved to saved for later (either by yourself or it going out of stock) or they changed the rules without telling anyone.MarshMellow96 said:EDIT: It's in my basket! It's there until tonight now, right?

They're price matching Tesco Direct (who you don't have to pay the £5 delivery if you get it sent to a store). Also expect Wii Sports Resort £25 and Wii Party £28Keyser Soze said:Mario Kart [with Wii Wheel] (Wii) - £19.00 @ Amazon
Who knows (Amazon have said nothing). The Blu-Ray Player and the TV have got my hopes up though.Arnie said:Wait is the Wii coming back?
