Because all Chinese companies do that right

Because no Chinese people respect copyright right

Because no court cases were won by international companies despite evidence to the contrary right

It is disheartening to see people on this board lumping all of us together

There are one fifth of the global population here so of course shit will happen a lot

This level of blatant copyright theft seems to happen frequently in China, primarily because the government doesn't prosecute offenders. Obviously blame can only be applied on those who commit and enable the theft - but it still seems like reason enough for media companies to be more skeptical about getting into business with state-owned operations like China Film Co.
