For less than $50 two weeks ago.

If you guys like bargains and want in early you should really CAG more. Surprisingly some stores still have a lot of this stock laying around. A testament to the total lack of resale value on PC games since console titles at these prices would be gone minutes after the sale started to ebayers.
 
Tempted to buy 400 copies of Deus Ex 2 for 100 bucks. That's 400 games for a cheaper price than two new 360/ps3 games!
 
This has been going on for almost two weeks now, but most stores have not been picked clean, surprisingly. You'll still find something.
 
I'm not sure what I'm gonna load onto the computer first, but I guarantee if it was Company of Heroes, you'd guys would have some competition for shittiest RTS player on the board.

Huh. I guess it wasn't listed on the 1st page of that cut and paste. I went back and looked at that thread and saw it was posted by somebody in the last day. I bought them both, so I can confirm it's 10.00 dollars for Doom 3 and 3.03 for RoE.
 
I just found CoH: Opposing Forces. $10 is approximately what I felt comfortable paying for it too, so awesome! I'll probably hit a different Circuit City tomorrow just to see if there's any wonderous finds.
 
I picked up Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts, Rise of Nations & Expansion, and the EA Strategy Collection. I'm sad now because I can't add my CoH:OF CD Key to Steam. I have the Steam version of the original and now a retail box of OF. Lame.
 
If anyone finds an extra copy of EA Warfare Collection , I'd really, really, really be interested in acquiring one. Please let me know.
 
Half the stuff i want isn't even on the circuit city site, and the ones that are aren't for the price listed in OP.

I mean seriously were is my $10 Company of Heroes, or DEFCON, or Darwinia? Post some CC links to that!
 
Tempted to head over to Circuit City and see if there are any copies of Company of Heroes/Opposing Fronts left.

I went by my local 'The Source by Circuit City' and found that their games section was nothing but empty shelves...

I don't know whether that means there is a Canadian counterpart to this sale or not.

It's been posted numerous times that there's only a couple deals online and most are in-store things. I know Railroads! and Stubbs the Zombie have been two games mentioned as being online, but this is mostly a brick and mortar thing.

The two guys at the counter when I bought my 2nd copy of STALKER for $10 had the most amazing looks on their faces- probably something like what you witnessed.

The list is only the games people wanted themselves. Go ahead and try to ring up something else that's fairly dated. You can surprise yourself.
I'd get Quake 4 or something similar, but I'd rather get the iD super pack on Steam

Keep an eye out for Titan Quest, it's even cheaper than the expansion. I'm almost grateful the roads are going to be complete crap because of all the snow tomorrow, hopefully it'll be enough to discourage me from going for second pickings myself.

Inexplicably, NWN was still $30.

They didn't have Titan Quest or I would have grabbed that too. I'll probably just order it from gogamer or the like.
 
Draft if you have a chance to grab the age of mythology expansion pack grab it. It is brilliant.

I love the AoM campaign. So good.
 
Bah, it started snowing so I couldn't head to CC after work or I would of been stuck in traffic for two hours. I was able to get some games off of the site, but I still want the CoH expansion, Rise of Legends, and IL-2. Maybe some of them will still be there tomorrow.

I picked up Titan Quest, The Movies, Age of Mythology and Company of Heroes for $34.

Thank you for this tip, even if it is old.

Now if only I can find Battlefield....

EDIT: I just found out that there's a CC 4 miles from where my dorm is. I wonder how long it would take to walk there...

Can you borrow a bike? On a bike it would be less then 15minutes easily.
4miles though...depends on how fast you walk. I would say at a nice pace 45-an hour

It was addicting, but at least you can manage well in much shorter sessions than say WoW.

And there's sorta an end to it all, combined with a nice cheesy story, VA, and a finite number of quests, which to me is a big plus over WoW.
