I did this yesterday, and it was off by 1 year. I'm 49, it said 48. I also looked around the Lab in the Wild site labinthewild.org and did a couple of the other tests. In particular the Social Intelligence one, where you determine what emotion is being displayed by evaluating pictures of the eyes only of a person. I think there were 36 photos, and of those 36, I got 34 right. I was a bit surprised, frankly, but thought it was pretty interesting nonetheless...

I then did it on the Wii U gamepad and it guessed I was 10 years old ... lol

Because, using the OP's numbers, only 44.6% of gaffers were predicted +/-5 years or less of their age and only 28.5% were predicted +/-2 years or less.

I wouldn't exactly call that good.

For a guess based on just mouseclicking I'd say that's pretty good. especially since this is not done in a solitary lab, but in uncontrolled settings

Feels like I'm playing brain age when I do this so I focused a lot on being quick and accurate (i.e. less jitter in my mouse movements) even before I read the final page. Program guessed an age 5 years younger than my actual age so I feel like I win the game kinda. I think where my 'age' would have shown was during the semi-random dot placement. My hand tended to want to continue the star pattern traced by most of the circular pattern dots and I kept correcting my muscle memory.
