Arino was never clueless though. He just sucked at action games. Conan really has no exposure to games except Pong.

It's funny how he can be quite perceptive at times as well during his playthroughs, he often offers more insight than most "professional" reviewers, I suppose that's because he's detached from them so he kind of notices the innately ridiculous aspects.
