COD MW4 reveal trailer - game launches Oct 23rd

Bungie
The clock is ticking

Is it set in Spain or something this time?

Wait do they even HAVE lobster in Spain?

Why would their store fronts be in English?!? I know cod has fallen off but this makes NO sense.
Are your serious?? This looks like the GTAVI characters having a laugh because most likely more people are interested in the new GTAVI instead of the next COD game.

Looks way better than the nonsense of Black Ops 7.

It's just a trailer..

The new engine should indeed look better, but we will see how it "feels".

I think the Polish studio was in charge of that so I have some faith, and of course it's still id software underneath so should be alright.

Does it? The limited gameplay screenshots don't really look better at all. The geometry is quite low but the materials look good. It's weird.

I cannot believe these games are still popular.

They are the most mid generic boring crap that's been regurgitated for the last 15 years.

6 Hours SP that is the same as every other COD campaign. MP that is only good for 14 year old ADHD kids and sweatlords.

Warzone with Nicki Minaj skins.

Wtf? Was there a blunder? That teaser was this morning and I thought all this would be coming soon but not the same day, weird. I guess I missed something.

Call of Duty has become so much of a guilty pleasure these past iterations. But I'd love for it to make a bigger splash than it has in years. I get people are tired of it, but as someone that just wants more good games, if you give me a good/great COD I won't complain.

Oh, I understand it's just a trailer. But it STILL looks better than than the nonsense of Black Ops 7.

Last time a CoD trailer impressed graphically wasn't even MW 2019, but it was Advanced Warfare. The character models both in engine and real time gameplay plus materials and lighting looked insanely good. CoD hasn't quite captured that leap.

Quiet clarky boy, no ones talking to you.
I mean its a fucking trailer of a game 6 months out, you looking for a job at DF or something?

I guarantee zero people who will be playing the game don't give 2 fucks if a building in the far distance looks a bit shit.

I did say "should" .. we will see.

It's quite tricky for them to make a good looking game because they need to make sure performance is good enough for multiplayer which in theory compromises the visuals overall for the campaign.

BO7 looks quite alright for a multiplayer game already so if they match that I'll be happy but if they do better than 2019 I'll be impressed..

I don't mind COD, but I don't dislike it either. I've enjoyed the last few enough and don't regret my time playing them, but holy crap the constant updates are insane. I don't play it often and stopped just because I got tired of multiple updates every time I tried to hop on for a quick session.

"With a living world, the conditions in the exclusion zone are always shifting, with changing weather, dynamic military objectives, and hostile forces moving throughout the zone"

Yeah alright let's see it
Sounds like they've been playing Marathon :messenger_winking_tongue:

After how god awful the new MW3 and BO7 were, I'll just wait.
Yep, pretty much this, dude, even BO6 was terrible that I couldn't even get any motivation to play past some in the house by the ocean talking nonsense that you need to do before you start a mission from a mission board. It was cool in Cold War when they introduced it, but it got tiring very quickly in BO6. I didn't even bother with BO7 because of its futuristic look. CoD executives/stakeholders are so damn brain dead with their choice and decisions they make with guns/aesthetics/combat/gameplay etc.
