CODplayer 10-12
CODplayer(1) 1-25
I always imagined two friends playing and one friend just doesnt want to play and just puts the controller down, giving the other team easy kills. Terrible.
Brian Fellows said:Nope. Pretty sure there isn't going to be combat training. That will make my brother sad. He has MS so his hands don't work quite like they should. He doesn't like playing against humans but he got a lot of use out of combat training.
Mastadon said:I don't think split screen players are inherently more likely to be shit. Plenty of solo players go 1-25, just depends on the player.
The amount of split screen players I see end up going negative is much higher than the ones that do well. I'm cool with it though, lets people play together if they're on the same console.Mastadon said:I don't think split screen players are inherently more likely to be shit. But, it makes the framerate unstable as fuck, and you see less on a smaller screen. I would much rather just trade off playing every round.

Mastadon said:Huh, guess I've never really noticed. I play mainly split screen and we always do pretty well. My TV is a decent size though, which I guess helps.
Brian Fellows said:I think it is worse on the PS3 where they don't have dual login.
wonderdung said:Is there a difference? Wouldn't you just be less aware of split-screeners if they could dual login?
Guts Of Thor said:I'm a little worried about the knife being mightier than the gun as it's been a problem in every game in the series and it looks like it is still a fucking problem after all this time as you can see in this video starting at 45 secs.

The guy gets shot point fucking blank but is still able to knife the guy?
Nice tour of Create-a-Class in there.DRE Fei said:45 minutes of MW3 gameplay:

Support even if you die your killstreak continues?! That's crazy.
Yeah this is the way it SHOULD be. My thought is that essentially the knife does 99/100 damage. If your opponent is flashed, had a bullet put into him etc, but not dead, you can OHK with the knife, otherwise it should be two. And as mentioned, from behind should just be one hit. Seems so silly that if someone is putting bullets into you from a few feet away that you'd be able to pull out a knife and kill them instantly. I know it's not reality etc, but still!Mr. Snrub said:Not trying to derail, but I really like BF3's solution. It gives danger to using your knife. In the COD series and even BC2, you may have a small delay, but in close quarters, it's more feasible to do a OHK than to aim/shoot. In BF3, can only get one hit knife kills from behind, but it plays an animation so you're vulnerable. From the front, it takes two slashes.
madmaxx350 said:the thing is though they dont' seem to have any offensive killstreaks.
The only thing I want to know is if people using the assassin perk will show up on advanced UAV. If they do, then it's support killstreak loadout for me all day erry day.Jarmel said:If advanced UAV is anything like Blackbird, there doesn't need to be an offensive killstreak.
