Dude, that is LITERALLY the definition of a timed exclusive. It releases on one console before the other. Just because it is before the ship date doesn't make a difference.

While you are correct about everyone being able to play day one on release, isn't it still technically a timed exclusive if one console can play it before any other console or PC can?

A timed exclusive isn't defined by a specific time frame. It's literally getting content, or a game, before other platforms do, regardless of when it arrives on said platforms.
