UF is apparently firing Napier Sunday.
FSU is in total collapse.
The coaching search has begun. I think Franklin being fired is a mistake by PSU. They won a lot of games and made the playoffs. I don't know who they can convince to come to happy valley.

Putting my tinfoil hat on here, but when we've got so much money flowing freely around college football and then I see all the blatantly bad officiating......you see where I'm going. It's just a mess. Even without that we are quickly moving towards a situation where the rich schools will have all the great players.
We would better off if the NFL started a G league and college football went back to being about student athletes.

I would cut off my left leg for Freeze to get the axe. 3 years in and he's just as dogshit as he was in year 1.

They have that XFL now I think they are partners with it. But yes players working toward the NFL opportunity with a program that they had a commitment to meant something. Now players make more in college than rookies in the NFL. It really is a destruction of loyalty and love for the game. I think the people on the field deserve some of the profit and not just the schools, but we probably need to kill the transfer portal unless the coach leaves.

Franklin getting fired was very controversial. He's a damn good coach. I'd take him in a heartbeat at Auburn.......if Saban doesn't take the job. lol
