My spreads will probably change. I'm terrible at picking them. Can somebody explain again how the spread works in the pick 'em? If my pick wins the game, I get an extra point as long as the margin of victory is within 3 points of my guess? So if I say LSU wins by 4, and they win, if the margin of victory is between 1 and 7 points, I get an extra point? And if Miss State wins, can I still get spread points at all and if so how?

Good week for me, but i think i was screwed by the PAC 10 adding that TD for USC

Unless there are no points added for getting the MOV exactly right?

Also, congrats to jakncoke, who picked EVERY game right this week. That never happened last year! Too bad we don't have the extra point for a perfect week anymore ;)

I wouldn't be against putting that point back in unless someone else is against. Perfection should be rewarded. Hell, I think we should even do like a 3 point bonus for not only getting all the picks right, but the margin of victory as well.

Impossibru!!!

But I'm not opposed to a retroactive point.

If USC can do it, so can we!

If we're taking note of who's alright with the retroactive point, I'll just go ahead and say it's fine by me.

Im on an ipad, took me a few minutes to input my totals, jerkoff.

It's all good, SerArthurDayne has the same thing up right now.

Also, screw the SEC refs, for not ruling that miss state play a touchdown.

No ones going perfect pick this week. Hard ass games here, man.

Louie and kentucky...holy fuck.

Who knows how good florida and tenn are, wvu and maryland...

By the way, I'm not sure how many of you care about having digital copies of your teams games, but tenyardtorrents is awesome for that: http://tenyardtorrents.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?21933-NCAA-FBS-Week-2-2011

You may have to log in/register to view that page.

Been forever since ive gone there, but do they have the sec and bcs games from 2009 (alabama)? My dvr box is going bad, and id like to grab those broadcast before losing them on my dvr forever.

It was a touchdown? Also I enjoy mre's posts every week, even if he isn't an Auburn fan :P

The dive looked like it should have been. But State deserved to lose for the horrible play call with the ball on the 1 with 8 secs left. That was Les Miles level stupidity (although we know it would have been a TD for LSU since he has a pact with the devil.)

Hell, you can go back to the 4th down conversion given to AU, when Dyer was turned around a 1/2 yard short, later turned into a TD.

But i will conitune to pick against Auburn, even though Clemson, is, well.....Clemson.

Well I know I will probably sound bias, but it didn't look like the ball crossed the threshold to me. That with the new end zone rule changes made me ok with the call. To be fair, I thought Auburn got a freebie with that first down. That was definitely bullshit. I'm not above calling refs on some shit even when it is a positive for Auburn.

I also agree with this. Dyer didn't seem to make it in. I am confident, however, that they would've made it on the next play, but I know that's not the point and I completely agree.

Edit 2: Derp it was on 4th? I thought it was 3rd. I guess we were fucked then.

They're still good (at least the VA Tech one is), but you need to monkey with the link since they changed the way they post the torrents. Go to the 2009 season and find the game you want, and you'll see a link that looks like this:
Code:
http://leech.tenyardtorrents.com/details.php?id=6037
You need to take the number at the end of this string and place it at the end of this:
Code:
http://tenyardtracker.com/details.php?id=
and you should then be taken to a link to download the .tor file.

it seems the forum is separate from the tracker to download the games. sad day, i was looking forward to watching a couple games
It is, but you can register for both for free.

Lone: I'm downloading the Va Tech game from 2009 at 3MB/s. So tons of seeders still. I'd work on my ratio before I downloaded too many games from that season, however, as there aren't too many people downloading them.

Just secured my student ticket to the Oklahoma @ FSU game. FUCK YEAH!

Edit: apparently they are already "sold" out within 20 minutes of availability (I put sold in quotes because students tickers are free, you just need to sign up).

#29 Northwestern

The Army game worries me as their loss last week was a close one. Hopefully, Northwestern can come out with a win.

It was close to San Diego St, I don't think Army is as good as they were last year, but you can never tell with an option team.

On our end, if our D plays like they did 1st half of Stanford and our stupid coaching staff stops pulling our starting QB everytime we get in the redzone, we could beat BC. But since these things wont happen, BC by 10. Oh well, one step closer to Cutcliffe getting the boot.

BYU/Utah in week 3, feels wrong man.
I hope BYU wins next week. Sucks they couldn't pull it out against Texas yesterday.

And why is Georgia still receiving votes from anyone this week in either poll?
