Aubie making me pay for thinking they'd actually lose this week.
Up to the Iron Bowl I won't pick against Auburn until they lose, no matter who their opponent is. They one-upped Miles' pact with the devil and made some sort of deal with Cthulu.

God I hope we lose to Tulane next week, thats the only way to get rid of Cutcliffe and his shitty offensive staff. The stupid shit we do...it boggles the mind.

I may be obligated to dislike you Florida State whoresons today, but I'll give credit where credit is due. The Gameday poster with the Schooner shot full of arrows was pretty good.

Pitt and Syracuse going to the ACC means the B1G is well and truly fucked. The crown jewels from the Big East are off the table, the ACC is strengthened to the point it can't poach from them, and with rumors swirling that Texas and ND might join as non-football members, the B1G drops behind the SEC, Pac-1x, and ACC in overall athletics, and barely holds on to third place in football. The SEC could drive a stake in the B1G's heart by admitting Mizzou, WVU, and some filler school from the B1G's border territory.

It might even have to take Iowa State.

Gotta give Clemson credit, at least they fought back and might could tie this. I've never rooted for a football team that looked motivated to play so it always catches me by surprise.

UConn & Rutgers are both better options than Syracuse (up in the middle of nowhere) or Pitt (completely surrounded by B1G territory), if money is your goal.

Where the move by ACC will screw you is that they will get one of Notre Dame or Texas. No chance of getting both of them now.

Whoa, Vandy's winning a game by 3 TDs?

lol Miss.

Ole miss, in their proper place in the SEC. Last, just like in Academics.

TCU AD released a statement where he admits "he's worried" about the big east going forward.

As a Rutgers fan, all this conference re-alignment talk is nerve-wrecking. I can easily see Rutgers getting left out of a BCS conference if/when the Big East collapse. Losing Syracuse and Pitt is huge. Pitt was a member since the 80s and Syracuse was one of the founding members of Big East Football.

It's not a done deal yet but it might as well be. The fact that the ACC unanimously upped the exit fee to $20 million is probably a stipulation for Pitt and Syracuse to join. The question now though is whether the ACC is staying at 14 or going to 16. If the ACC goes to 16, then all bets are off and the other conferences will race to 16 as well.

Regardless of what happens, the next couple of weeks will be interesting.
