Dragonball Evolution. The reason I love it despite its numerous flaws is that it's the closest live-action film to a cartoon/anime/comic-book I've ever seen. It's the most colorful movie I can think of.

The problem with Only God Forgives, which looks great, is that it's a terrible movie, so is it really worth it just for how nice it looks?

Dragonball Evolution should NEVER be recommended for anything that suggests there is a single redeeming quality about it. Also how is this the closest live-action adaption when we have shit like Guardians of the Galaxy and Watchmen?
The lighting in Only God Forgives is ethereal. Love it for that alone.
I didn't find it a letdown, cause I wasn't expecting something like Drive from Refn again. Only God Forgives fits with Valhalla Rising in his filmography that are less about style over substance but something deeper about violence and heroes. They're not poppy, they're more atmospheric and I don't know mythical which is why they have little dialogue. I appreciate them for different things. The visuals and cinematography are great yes, but what a let down of a movie. Such a downgrade from Drive. The marketing for the movie didn't help either, but I was so disappointed in it.
Speed Racer
What Dreams May Come starring Robin Williams.
What dreams may come
Marie Antoinette (2006) had a really masterful use of pastels and is very well-regarded for its visuals.

^ For a quick taste
From the 'Nominations and awards' section of its wikipedia entry:
Anyway, speaking of visuals, in a recent thread about the Matrix trilogy someone pointed that the sequels were lacking in "iconic" or memorable visuals. Speed Racer has got to be the complete opposite of that. Nearly every frame in this movie is gorgeously composed to deliver maximum awesome:
