Come take a look at Calvin Klein's new advertisement

Perfect feet for sitting on my balls.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so you finding large women beautiful is good on you. Breaking stereotypes.
They generally have a mix of people. If you think Kendall Jenner for instance isn't hot I don't know what to tell you.

From looking it up, that billboard with the fat woman is from 2019. That same year they also ran this advert with Kendall Jenner.

So like you say a company like that will use a mix of people at any given time. I think people get in this "it's so over" "we're so back" cycle where one advertising campaign is taken to reflect society as a whole. But I think that's overly simplistic.

Yeah and I wouldn't put it past CK to have another...uhh.. plus sized model campaign this year lol

I think companies are going to double down and triple down on the algorithm going forward so that people in separate bubbles see exactly what they want to see, to buy products, instead of ads that upset them.

So those who want to see plus size ads will see them, and others who don't will never see the plus size stuff. Each side will think they are being catered to almost 24/7, which should hopefully lower the arguments and rhetoric a bit.

If they could somehow figure this out for billboards and bus ads then we would successfully enter sci-fi territory.
