Good to know. Haven't really read into the crash so I had no idea.
People will find a way to excuse it of course. Poor Paul didn't know what he was getting himself into. It was all his friends' fault. It was the cars' fault. He would never do something so stupid.

The most important thing I took away from that... was that the girls red hot wheel car didn't make it down the ramp properly, very shoddy.
They celebrated Sandy Hook and pretty much every other event they thought would upset people, they're kinda boring now.

He wasn't drinking and neither was his friend, he wasn't driving and while the 16 year old thing is a little weird, it in no way makes him evil. In fact, we don't even know for sure if the 16 year old girlfriend is real or not since most reports had them together when she was 19.

I'm assuming he's just referring to the fact he was a smart guy, was at a charity event and has a daughter so he probably wouldn't be recklessly driving and speeding.

Math? Distance/Time = Speed, so if you know how long it took the car to drive a certain distance, you can calculate its speed

The framerate of that video is so low it would be impossible to come close to an educated calculation. Maybe if you could actually see something.
You can also tell from the skid marks on the road how fast the car was going when it tried to stop, if the video evidence isn't enough.
Some high end cars have black boxes as well, although I'm not sure if that Porsche does.

The video shows the last second or two when the vehicle was out of control and the moment of impact. Again, how can you tell they were doing the speed limit prior to that?

That makes sense.
Unless the police have a different video that wasn't released to the public, I don't see how anyone can determine they were driving at (or below the speed limit) from that video. It's impossible.
I don't have a source here but I remember reading that they didn't die at impact, but were unconscious after that.
