Cookie cake is so much better than regular cake.

Not going to lie, I love sweets. I'm talking desserts that are obviously too rich and sweet for their own good, I still love anyway. Cookie cake is the worst thing I've ever eaten. It's like one big piece of processed shit, and the creams/frostings they use are akin to nothingness. One of the worst things in human history. For years I kept trying it because it should be heaven on Earth by name. I mean, it's called a cookie cake.

Nope. Still awful, and getting worse each time I try it. The downfall of humanity as it stands right now.

A lot of these types of sweet sound good until you eat them and feel like a beached whale afterwards. Really gotta watch your portions.

Quit stomping all over my dream :'( What else am I going to live for, if not cookie cake?!

I've never heard of it until now, somehow, but I wonder what the point is. Why ruin a cookie by making it even more sweet?

It looks like something that would be good for a couple of bites, I guess.

Great American Cookie cookie cakes are GOAT. Had one for my birthday ever since i can remember.

The best is leftover cookie cake with cold milk. MMMM.

I've never knew this was a thing. Where, where can I buy this so that I may devour it?

Instructions to cook? I NEED MORE INFO OP.

I may be considered a cookie cake snob, but the only ones that I will eat are from Great American Cookie Co.

Edit: They are infinitely better on the second day as well. I find them to be too soft on the day they're baked.

Yeah the frosting makes it disgusting. Just give me the cookie

I think it's more of a thing with the grocery store bought cookie cake. At least locally, the cookie is amazing up until the crust, which is lined with this gigantic pile of white icing. Too sweet and stomach ache inducing.

You know what I always get instead of a cake? A lemon meringue pie.

One of the best things about cookies is the way the edges crisp up more than the center area when you bake them. If you bake up a giant-ass cookie, you're decreasing the amount of edge and fucking the whole thing up.

While it's true that the edges of a cookie are usually better because of that reason, a good cookie will taste delicious all the way through. Luckily, all of the cookie cakes I've had taste like a good cookie.

I disagree if only because the cookies are so regularly terrible. Its got that weird spongy density of store baked cookies I can't stand

Yeah, but... cake.

This is like saying the best hamburger is two sandwiches.

Well to be honest, most cake I don't really like that much. Every cookie cake I've had is delicious.

This almost makes me think that cookies are just better than cake, but most cookies I come across aren't really too notable either.

Cookie cake is amazing. Someone in my family makes one every year on my birthday. The only thing I would add to the OP is sprinkles- you have to try sprinkles on top of the icing.

OP, you're straight up wrong. The best kind of cake is a cookie? The fuck out of here. If I want some cake I'm gonna eat some cake and not a big-ass Tollhouse with some frosting on the edges.
