What? Who brought the charges up? Who is this in service to? What justice is being served here?

It just sounds like they are punishing the students involved and teaching others not to speak out while discouraging them not to take cameras out when they think shit is about to go down.

Not sure how else I'm supposed to take this.

This is incredibly disturbing.

This country needs massive, massive reforms. I don't know what else to say.

Was expecting to see the cop facing the 90 days.

"Disturbing School" is a fucking enforceable crime now?

When students are literally paying hundreds of dollars per lecture, then yes, thankfully disturbances are enfoceable crimes. They are basically stealing thousands of dollars. Of course, some of it depends on the context -- near a classroom or in an empty field, etc.

I don't think you know what stealing means. Suspension and expulsion have worked just fine in the past with dealing with disturbances. Now we're supposed to believe that you need the police involved to solve it?

How could this ever be put on the filming party? If she hadn't encouraged taping the event, the class would have still been disturbed. The only point where the class wouldn't have been disturbed, is if the cop had done his job in a professional manner.

So if a teacher misses a class, they should go to jail? What is this stupidity.

Opinions can also be wrong, please see above.
