Where is a police officer member to explain how the officer perceived a scenario so fired first, but yet also claim that in the same situation (like that bloke in a diner a few months back) that a member of the public is not trained to use a fire arm in an actual dangerous scenario?
I mean jesus! in a squad car, window rolled up, guy comes towards them...so they shoot him through the glass? dead?
lets assume he was carrying, how about waiting till he shows a weapon before firing? or perhaps since it was behind his vehicle, reversing the squad car away? uing the loud speaker telling the guy to stop? blinding him with the spot light? announcing stop or i'll shoot?
And its quite clear the guy was suffering mental problems, if this is how the police deal with that, well whats stopping them clearing out mental wards by executing potential threats?
Walking with purpose? if thats a threat then perhaps the police should train their officers to walk like catwork models, because i'd say every officer is walking with purpose and could pose a threat to themselves, and the public
crazy and completely unjustifiable
