Fantastic muffins. They're big, filling, and every convenience store around me sells them individually. I feel like I'm never more than a few steps away from a Cosco muffin, and that's a good feeling.
 
My parents used to get these all the time when I was a kid, thankfully I'd don't bother eating one a day anymore. One would fill me up until the end of the next day.

So good though
 
Take the chocolate one and put it in the microwave till it gets all melty. Cut it in 1/4ths and put it in a bow with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle.
 
Weightlifting friend of mine told me if I wanted to gain weight while lifting I should eat tuna peanut butter and multiple Costco muffins every day, I made it about two weeks and thought I was going to explode.

Blueberry is the best.

Or just eat a half each day for breakfast, even then still reaching a bit if you add tea/coffee.

Other than that. I Buy their croissants, those i can finish in a week. Cut one of them bad boys in half in the mornings, drop it in the oven for a few minutes then butter it up, OMG! Topped of with some Jamaican mint tea, wow.

i hope and pray that costco never start making and selling pistachios muffins...lawwwd
 
Is it bothering anyone else you capitalized the second C in CostCo?

On topic, those muffins are great. Open them and wrap them in plastic wrap individually and pop them in the freezer.

CostCo is the opposite of a traditional supermarket. You go to CostCo explicitly to buy in bulk. A lot of their dry goods are straight up picked off pallets, and you're usually getting a good price per unit because of it. CostCo gets the products in massive quantities for dirt cheap, then turns around and sells them equally cheap while making money of memberships as well. My mom calls CostCo "The $100 store" because in her mind it's not worth going there unless you're okay with dropping $100 on tons of stuff you probably won't ever use all of.

As other people have mentioned, Costco only sells in bulk. It generally is selling to families, offices, and small businesses. Unlike supermarkets, you also need an annual membership to buy stuff there.

Friggin' love those things. The school store at my college had them for sale for like, one day, for some reason. I didn't recognize what it was, but bought it anyway because apple muffins b good. The moment I bit into it, friggin' nostalgia waves smacked me up. I hadn't had one in so long at the time. Still haven't gone to buy some yet, but I really should.

i hate that hotdog bread and hamburger bread is sold in 2 packs. no way can i eat enough of either to justify the purchase. it's still cheap but i don't want to throw away a pack or more because it went bad. it only works out if you are buying it for a bbq or something.

Freeze the spares.

Knowing how to freeze stuff properly is the key to buying anything perishable from Costco.

Still, that's just a can. Many people drink a full bottle (or a medium or large at a fast food restaurant) without a care.

With a whole muffin at least there's a higher level of satiation.
 
This thread inspired me to get two 6-packs (7.99$, pretty cheap), and god are they delicious. I was out shopping and saw them and remembered this thread. I think they make good quick breakfast snacks. Ill have a half here and there.

A costco muffin is more satiating than a can of coke? Many people drink a bottle of coke instead of a can? Ok?
