Everything is amazing except for the girl.
They changed the look (and the developer) before the game got canceled.

Same here!!!One of the saddest cancelations for me, cavia x mistwalker why.
I'd love to see this come back...as long as Cavia stays the fuck away from it. I've never been a fan of their style, it feels like they just make everything super dark and involve lots of taboos (usually sex and/or violence) just to troll everybody.
That original concept on the other hand? All of my money.
EDIT: Looking at it, even in the original Cavia was part of the project? Nah, pass for me then.
Think of it this way: there was something so broken a goldem team couldn't get it to work.
On Mistwalker as a whole, I am disappointed at what they are today as opposed to what I hoped for when Mistwalker was announced. It's my fault; I'd never have guessed where they'd be.
Damn Phil. Make the world a favor and vote on this.

Rather liked it and it's a shame it never got made. Certainly wouldn't mind seeing it brought back in some form.
I only played a bit of LO, but never got around to Blue Dragon. Was the latter any good?
If the exact opposite of what you want ever comes true, then count me the fuck in.I'd love to see this come back...as long as Cavia stays the fuck away from it.
That's a really good idea, although I doubt that it will have any effect. Still, it was one of my most anticipated games for all the years it spent in development, so I already tweeted to Spencer about it, and I'll gladly vote.
I'm right in the middle of Lost Odyssey, and I'm enjoying it quite a bit, but I maybe liked Blue Dragon even better. It has a different, lighthearted tone to it, and I've always preferred that in JRPGs to brooding epics, which I frankly despise (thankfully, Lost Odyssey is not really like that, but it's still on the more somber side). If you've played DQVIII, it's kind of like that, just not quite as good. Still, a very charming and fun game that gave me plenty of nice memories, I recommend it. It's also a looker, although the performance can be all over the place.
